User data deletion instructions

This page describes how users can remove data shared with Tawwarni through Meta (Facebook) Login or connected Pages, and how store administrators can disconnect integrations. Use this URL in your Meta app dashboard under User data deletion → Data deletion instructions URL.
1. Remove Tawwarni from your Facebook account (end users)
If you logged into Facebook through our app or authorized permissions:
- Open Facebook → Settings → Security and login or Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (wording may vary).
- Find Tawwarni (or your Meta app name), select Remove / Delete to revoke access.

2. Disconnect a Facebook Page (store administrators)
If your business connected a Facebook Page for publishing: sign in to the Tawwarni store dashboard → Smart Publishing (النشر الذكي) → Connections / settings → find the connected Page and use Disconnect. Access tokens for that Page are then revoked on our side as part of that flow.
3. Request deletion of personal data
To request deletion of personal information held by Tawwarni (merchant accounts, contact details you provided, etc.), contact us using the Contact section on our homepage, or the same channel you used to register for the service. Include the email address associated with your account and describe your request. We will respond in line with applicable law.
